The team at Tom & Abby have access to three local MLS boards, to serve our clients in the most complete way. Our team members make it our priority to know market trends, follow our national housing market closely and be leaders in local market information. We also have close relationships with a multitude of local vendors to help accomplish all things real estate related, from abstracting to zoning!
Selling Your Home
The Tom & Abby team have many years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. We put all of that knowledge to work selling your home! When you list your home for sale with us, it will be listed on THREE MLS boards, on 350+ independent websites (like Realtor.com and Zillow) and you get all of our extras – from digital marketing, social media advertising, and print media to open houses and agent networking. We pull out all the stops to help you get top-dollar for your largest asset.

We consider ourselves home matchmakers – our goal is to always be looking for the perfect place for you to call home. It’s more than a feeling: our goal is to find you a quality home that checks all the boxes. We have first time buyer consultations for everyone who is just getting started. We also have experience in custom builds, new construction and luxury listings. No matter where you are in your journey, we are here to help.
