Tom Vasquez
Tom Vasquez is a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams Greater Des Moines and has a true passion for networking for his clients. Tom is an avid sports fan and you will find him cheering on the Chicago Cubs and is a long-time season ticket holder of the I-Cubs. Tom also cheers for the Chicago Bears and enjoys taking clients and business partners to local Iowa Wolves basketball games. Tom also enjoys the many bike trails in the Des Moines metro and is a self proclaimed cigar aficianado.
Abby Hausmann-Virgil
Abby Hausmann-Virgil is a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams in Ames and Ankeny, Iowa. She is a member of the Central Iowa Board of Realtors, Des Moines Area Association of Realtors and West Central Iowa Regional Board of Realtors. Carolyn Hedin
Carolyn brings a new perspective to the team. As a young mom, she is devoted to her family and is also passionate about helping others find their dream homes! Real estate has intrigued her ever since she was a child – she has always been intrigued with home layouts and interior design, and she loves letting her imagination take over in laying out the perfect home setup for her friends and family.
Carolyn lives in Boone, IA with her husband and two boys. As Iowa transplants, from the beautiful state of Utah, Carolyn believes she has always been a Midwest girl at heart. She has come to love the people of Iowa that make the Midwest culture so great.
Carolyn studied Early Childhood Education and worked with kindergarten aged children in after school programs and has a tremendous amount of patience, which translates well to an ever-changing real estate market. Prior to real estate, she has had the amazing experience of working for years in Property Management. This is where she really fell in love with giving tours of homes and helping others find their future residence.

Dennise Pelayo
Dennise Pelayo joins the team at Tom and Abby Premier Real Estate Professionals as the Executive Administrator/Transaction Coordinator. Dennise’s main focus is to keep in touch with clients to ensure all the details of the transaction are attended to, the client is well informed, and that the transaction moves smoothly along. Dens, as she commonly goes by, will also be working behind the scenes on marketing, records maintenance, compliance and generally keeping the team on track with all of our real estate transactions.
Dens joins the team with experience in the banking industry/customer service. She is passionate about learning new things and recently discovered podcasts. She loves to engage in new activities, like workshops on arts and crafts. Dens also loves to bake. She finds it therapeutic and it also satisfies her sweet tooth.
Dennise has one daughter, who is her pride and joy. They spend their weekends going to parks, playgrounds and eating ice cream. Her daughter is the reason she strives to do and be her best every day. Dens is also a dog-lover – she has two Pugs, one Labrador and an American Bully.
Jackie Fioritto
Jackie Fioritto joins the Tom & Abby Premier Real Estate Professionals team as an Administrative Assistant. Jackie’s focus is on supporting the team through marketing, client communication and outreach, and special projects.
Jackie is a former educator with a decade of teaching experience. She is passionate about helping others and real estate.
Jackie resides in Urbandale with her husband, two children, and quirky dog, Wally. They spend their weekends exploring the Des Moines Area including visiting parks and trails. Jakie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
